Volunteer Sign-Up

We LOVE volunteers!!   Volunteers are a vital and valued part of our classroom and program.  They make such a difference in our classrooms by helping prepare activities, as well as helping students within the class.  I invite all parents to sign up for an opportunity to help out in our classroom and for special events that occur throughout the school year.

This year, I will be using a volunteer sign-up system online through the website:

www.signupgenius.com

When you enter this website, go directly to the "Find a Sign Up" tab at the top right hand side of the page and click.

Enter my email: ecormier@rockyview.ab.ca and click search.

Under "Available Sign Ups" you will see the volunteer month to choose.

Click on the available month.

You will then be on the volunteer page for the month and you get to choose any available slots.

Click on a specific date/time that you're able to volunteer and click "sign up".

It will then ask you to sign up as a member (which is a quick action) to signupgenius.com which is free.

If you are already a member, then enter your email address and password and sign in.

You will be redirected back to the sign up page (September 2017) and your name will be displayed beside the date you chose.

And that's it!

I can't wait to have you help out in our class!!  It is going to be a busy year and I'll find lots of things for you to do.
