WE LOVE VOLUNTEERS!!!!!

Volunteer Sign-Up

Volunteers are a vital and valued part of our classroom and program.  They make such a difference in our classrooms by helping prepare activities, as well as helping students within the class.  I invite all parents to sign up for an opportunity to help out in our classroom and for special events that occur throughout the school year.

This year, I will be using a volunteer sign-up system online through the website:   www.signupgenius.com

When you enter this website, go directly to the "Find a Sign Up" tab (green) at the top of the page and click.

Enter my email: khannah@rockyview.ab.ca and click search.

Under "Active Sign Ups" you will see a selection of volunteer months to choose from.

Select a "title" and click into it.

You will then be on the volunteer page for the month and you get to choose any available slots.

Click on a specific date that you're able to volunteer and click "sign up".

It will then ask you to sign up as a member (which is a quick action) to signupgenius.com which is free.

If you are already a member, then enter your email address and password and sign in.

You will be redirected back to the sign up page and your name will be displayed beside the date you chose.  And that's it!

I can't wait to have you help out in our class!!  It is going to be a busy year and there will be no shortage of volunteer opportunities.
