Friendly Fact Go Fish

This is an extension of Go Fish. Click here the regular Go Fish Instructions.

Materials: Two different coloured decks of Power of Ten playing cards.
Number of Players: 2, 3 or 4 players
Object and Scoring: The object of the game is to obtain as many Friendly Fact pairs as possible.
How to Play:
1. Mix the two decks. Deal 5 cards to each player and place the rest of the cards in a pile between the players.
2. Player One asks another player for a card to match one of his/her cards by saying, "Do you have the card that goes with ____ to make ten."

For example, if Player One has a 7 that means they need the 3 card so they would ask, "Do you have the card that goes with 7 to make ten."

3. If Player Two doesn’t have a match she/he says “Go Fish”, and the asking player draws one from the pile.  If Player One gets a match, he/she lays it down in the Friendly Fact position and asks again.  As soon as there is no Friendly Fact match, the next player begins.
4. The game finishes when all the cards in the pile are gone. The winner is the player with the most points. To count points, students count their Friendly Fact pairs by 10.
