School Re-Entry Plan
As you are aware, schools across Alberta are preparing plans for school re-entry in September 2020. To ensure its communities are informed, Rocky View Schools has created an online repository to keep stakeholders up-to-date on the most recent developments.
2020/2021 Kindergarten Registration Link
Kindergarten Advanced Registration for the 2020/2021 school year opens January 13th-17. Registration can be completed online , beginning January 13, 2020 at https://rockyview.schoolengage.ca. Registrations will need to be redone if you try registering prior to this time. Your child must be 5 years old before December 31, 2020. As, well, a Kindergarten Orientation has been slated for June 11, at 6:30 pm. We hope to see you there!

Schools Closed to Students
Effective March 16, 2020, schools will be closed to students until further notice. This directive was set by Dr. Deena Hinshaw, chief medical officer of health, at approximately 4:30 today due to the detection of community transmission of COVID-19. Staff is expected to report to their school to prepare for the weeks ahead.

All Fun Lunch orders must be placed 5 days before the actual Fun Lunch date. All of the Fun Lunch dates are listed on our calendar tab. Thank you for supporting our fundraising endeavour.
2020/21 Advanced Registration Begins Jan. 13, 2020
From Jan. 13, 2020 onward, all schools will be accepting registrations through SchoolEngage or in person at the school. Although registration will continue through to next September, registering early ensures families have a successful transition.
Kindergarten Eligibility Requirements to Change for 2020/21
Effective Fall 2020, students must turn five years old by Dec. 31 of the school year they wish to begin Kindergarten.
